RIGHT TO EXCHANGE DATA: The Third Party Administrator has the right to exchange benefit information with any insurance company, organization, or person to determine benefits payable using this provision. Any such data may be exchanged without the consent of, or notice to, any person. Any person who claims benefits under this Plan must provide the Third Party Administrator with data it requires to apply this provision.
(In the case of conflicting information, your Schedule of Benefits takes precedence.)
