STATEMENTS: In the absence of fraud, all the statements made by a Covered Person are representations and not warranties. No such statement will be used to contest the Coverage provided by the Plan unless:

  1. it is a written statement; and
  2. a copy of such statement is furnished to the Covered Person or the Covered Person's beneficiary, if any.

(In the case of conflicting information, your Schedule of Benefits takes precedence.)
