PAYMENT AND OVERPAYMENT: If payments have been made under any other plan which should have been made under this Plan, the Third Party Administrator will have the right to reimburse to the extent necessary to satisfy the intent of this provision. If the Third Party Administrator pays benefits in good faith to an organization, the Third Party Administrator will not have to pay such benefits again. The Third Party Administrator also has the right to recover any overpayment made because of coverage under another plan. The Third Party Administrator may recover this overpayment from any insurance company, organization, or person to whom, or for whom, the Third Party Administrator paid benefits under this Plan. Any overpayment made, regardless of reason, plan year, or responsibility, once identified, may be recovered by the Third Party Administrator. If the overpayment refund is not received, a credit may be taken from future payments on the individual.
